Your investment: 4 hours for coaching, either as a half-day or 4 x 60 minutes during a period of 4-6 weeks, plus time for preparation and follow-up work.

  • You initiate desired changes with the help of professional coaching, identify obstacles and develop strategies for overcoming or bypassing them.
  • You gain clarity about where you are right now and what your specific goals are as well as with regard to your strengths and areas of development with the help of professional coaching.
  • You receive candid feedback and learn new things about yourself that you have not been consciously aware of. You discover the (preliminary) boundaries of your comfort zone as well.
  • We explore the sources of your energy and motivation together and ensure that they provide more.
  • You learn to discover enablers – strategies, behaviors and people near you who support you in your change process.

Your investment:  6 x 60 min. coaching during a period of 3-4 months, plus time for preparation and follow-up work.

„My Way“– the solution for the big questions: Who do you want to be? Where do you want to go? What do you want to do to get there?

  • You will, with the help of coaching tools, ask yourself the big and important questions which you otherwise won´t ask think about or spend too little time on: Who do I want to be? What are my goals in life? Which parts of my life am I happy about and which not? How do I want to be remembered? What do I want to do to achieve that?
  • You gain clarity about where you are right now and what your specific goals are as well as with regard to your strengths and areas of development with the help of professional coaching.
  • You receive candid feedback and learn new things about yourself that you have not been consciously aware of. You discover the (preliminary) boundaries of your comfort zone as well.
  • We explore the sources of your energy and motivation together and ensure that they provide more.
  • You initiate desired changes with the help of professional coaching, identify obstacles and develop strategies for overcoming or bypassing them.
  • You learn to discover enablers – strategies, behaviors and people near you who support you in your change process.
  • You develop long-term strategies for change and experiment with those. 
  • You outline with my help your personal and professional development plan for the future. 

Your investment:  10 x 60 min. coaching during a period of 6-7 months, plus time for preparation and follow-up work.

Preparation and follow-up: I will send you a preparatory list of question before we start the coaching. In addition, you should prepare each coaching session with the help of two questions, with which we will begin our coaching session: What would you like to talk about/work on today? What do you want to take away from the session?

We will discuss and agree on any follow-up work during the coaching session and it is up to you how much time you want to invest in this. As a rule of thumb: The more time you invest in preparation and follow-up and in applying your insights from coaching to your daily life and work, the more you will get out of it in the form of results and changes!

Evaluation and feedback– I evaluate continuously with you whether you are getting what you expect and need from the coaching. In the middle and at the end of the series you receive a couple of written questions to answer that serve both as feedback to me and as another opportunity for reflection for you.

Booking and setup of coaching sessions –You receive a link to my booking site from me where you can see the available time slots and easily book and reschedule coaching sessions. Rescheduling has to occur at least 24 hours in advance. The coaching sessions are usually done by telephone, exceptions (face-to-face meeting or video) according to agreement. For most countries I am able to provide a local number and access code for you to call at the agreed upon time.
